This is another gathering of representatives of Romania and South Korea on military-industrial cooperation which took place this time in Seoul. In addition to this, a visit of the Polish delegation concerning respective arms programs specified as K9PL, K2PL and Homar-K, which resulted in the signing of a contract for the next multi-guided launchers of the Polishized strategy K239 Chunmoo (hereinafter without a licence to manufacture rockets for them). Returning to the Romanian delegation, 1 of its objectives was to discuss the question of buying the K9 artillery system, which was to win in a tender for the fresh artillery, defeating the German PzH 2000 and Turkish Firitna II. The comprehensive offer of the Polish Armed Forces Group, accompanied by an application to the Romanian side for an extension of the deadline for the submission of tenders, was then rejected.
