Rubio after conversation with Lavrov. US has "outline of long-term peace"

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke by telephone with Russian abroad Minister Sergei Lavrov, discussing Thursday's talks in Paris, which were attended by representatives of the US, Ukraine, large Britain, Germany and France.
