Żabka stores already run more than 10 1000 franchisees, and nearly a 1000 of them are entrepreneurs from abroad who decided to run their own business in Poland.
Since September this year there has been a fresh position in the network structures – the abroad Support Consultant, whose tasks include helping foreigners franchises who have decided to run their own store under the name of Żabek. The largest group of franchisees from outside Poland are Ukrainian citizens, but they are besides people from Belarus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Romania.

The frog is constantly implementing solutions that support its franchisees and facilitate business. 1 of the effects of these activities is to make a fresh position in the company's structures.
Since September this year, Artem Pisariev, a franchisee and ambassador of the Żabka network from Gdynia, has been appointed as the abroad Support Consultant. Its key tasks include business support for entrepreneurs, coordination of effective language training and adaptation workshops, organisation of integration initiatives, support on current topics and representation of foreigners franchises during various sectoral and social events. On a regular basis, he cooperates with the manager of Relations with the French recipients and the manager of the Department of improvement and Support of the French recipients to respond effectively to the needs of entrepreneurs.
Today, Artem employs as many as 12 people, fulfilling himself as the ambassador of the network
– I would like all abroad entrepreneur operating the Żabka store to be certain that he can number on tools and support to facilitate adaptation and moving business in the fresh country. I myself went on a way where legal or taxation differences posed a challenge, but thanks to the aid of the network I could focus on the improvement of my own business. present I want to usage this experience to support another foreigners franchises, to be their liaison with the Frog and the individual to whom they can always search help," says Artem Pisariev.
He arrived in Poland in 2017. He initially ran a transport company, but the pandemic forced him to look for a fresh professional path. He wanted a unchangeable business to keep his household safe. In 2023 he joined the franchise of the Żabka network and began to run a store in Gdynia. Today, Artem employs as many as 12 people, performs as an ambassador of the network, and besides shares his experience with future entrepreneurs. Artemis' success became an inspiration to his wife, who besides decided to run the Żabka store.
Zabka focuses on partnership and dialogue
The abroad Support Consultant has been working with the French Council – an advisory body operating since 2011. In 2024 the Council participated in more than 110 projects, including improving the quality of client service, optimising logistics and implementing fresh technological solutions. Its members held 562 online meetings and 70 stationary meetings.
Żabka focuses on partnership relations and dialogue, which effectively responds to the needs of entrepreneurs and develops the franchise model in accordance with modern business challenges. The appointment of a Foreigner Support Consultant shows that the network is actively creating a space for integration and common support, which is the foundation of a lasting success for entrepreneurs.
