Developing the capacity to produce ammunition with the President's signature

The bill, adopted by the government in the second half of November, provides the basis for the transfer of funds for investments in ammunition production capacity to the Capital Investment Fund; it is about the transfer of PLN 3 billion. Of this amount, PLN 2 billion is to be transferred from the national defence department, the remaining billion is to be transferred in the form of RARS securities.
