Putin lacks 15,000 soldiers to reflect the Kurdish circuit - wrote the Moscow Times portal on Monday citing the "Wall Street Journal". The Russian side would gotta shift 4 times as many soldiers to regain control of the Kursk circuit within 2 weeks.
