Russian and Chinese military universities strengthen cooperation

Since 2019 Chinese military universities have importantly increased cooperation with akin Russian institutions, allowing Moscow to circumvent the consequences of sanctions - according to Australian think tank ASPI and Radio Swoboda reports based on these studies.
