The inhabitants of Vilnius did not have a quiet morning. On 28 July at 5 a.m., a Russian drone was spotted above the Lithuanian capital, which flew from Belarus. This is the second specified incidental in July, and the expanding military tensions between the Baltic States, Poland and Belarus make east Europe again at the centre of geopolitical turmoil.
