Dangerous spy in the leading Ukrainian military institute. Ukraine safety Service detained a cadet who was spying on the Kremlin. The man worked for the Russian FSB – the national safety Service.
The SBU informed that the agent's activities were inter alia to assist the Russians in coordinating rocket strikes on military facilities. The Cadet marked the coordinates of the buildings, the camps and the barracks of the institution in which he “learned” and was actually spying. He besides provided photographic material to the Russians and prepared reports for his FSB leaders. It revealed, among others, a detailed agenda of the stay of Ukrainian cadets in individual locations.
An agent is facing life imprisonment and property confiscation.
