Russian politician stated that the possible assassination of the Russian dictator was a "direct way to the outbreak of atomic war". He besides called for serious treatment of these reports.
‘This should be carefully examined’
Carlson stated that erstwhile U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken was allegedly curious in killing Putin in an effort to "accelerate the war" with Russia. According to him, the White home needed a "chaos" and this was the basis of Washington's politics under Biden. At the same time, Carlson did not supply any evidence to support his claims.
President of the Russian State Duma Viacheslaw Wolodin expressed outrage that neither Biden nor Blinken referred to his claims. From his point of view, this information should form the basis of the ‘for all global institutions’ procedure.
— What Tucker Carlson said should be thoroughly investigated. And Biden and Blinken — brought to trial, said Volodin.
The politician added that he believes attempts to assassinate US president Donald Trump and Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, as well as alleged “preparation for attack” on Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban for “cells of the same chain”.

Vladimir Vladimirovich does everything to strengthen the country, accomplish peace and solve safety problems in the planet (...). Today, more than ever, the cohesion and consolidation of everyone around our president are highly crucial (...). There is no uncertainty that Putin is Russia’s advantage,” stated Russian politician.
"Ukrainian safety services planned Putin bombing"
The Kremlin, on the another hand, stated in an authoritative message earlier that there was no information on preparations for the assassination of Putin.
— We don't truly realize what Carlson meant by that. He did not supply any evidence, so I cannot comment on what he said," said president Dmitri Pieskov.
The spokesperson for the Kremlin called for "not to take the word of unwarranted information, no substance where they come from" and stressed that the Russian safety services "constantly take all essential measures" to guarantee the safety of the first individual in Russia.
Ukrainian safety services allegedly planned to assassinate Putin after the invasion began. The Head of the Chief Intelligence Board (GUR) of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence Kiryło Budanow informed about this.

Commenting on this information, Russian MFA spokesperson Maria Zacharowa accused the West, in peculiar the ‘Angloss’, of helping Kiev.
Russian Deputy abroad Minister Sergei Riabkov besides commented on the alleged unsuccessful assassination of Putin in August 2024. According to him, the Ukrainian safety services planned to assassinate president and Defence Minister Andrei Bielousov during the Navy Day parade in Petersburg.
Riabkov stated that the assassination was avoided through Belousov's telephone to the Pentagon. According to this version, the Russian minister was to inform his counterpart Lloyd Austin of Ukraine's plans, and this 1 allegedly was to call on Kiev to refrain from conducting the operation.
