[Portal ‘Insider’](https://theins.ru/politika/272103) reached common correspondence between erstwhile Chief of General Staff of Moldova Igor Gorgan and Colonel Alexey Makarov of the GRU. Contacts were to be intensified in 2022, although Gorgan had already provided valuable information to the Russians.
