Russian opposition between visibility and powerlessness

This gap – between external visibility and interior infirmity – is not solely due to Kremlin repression. More and more frequently it looks like a byproduct of the opposition itself: its structures (or alternatively their lack), its conflicts for legitimacy and money, and a continuous war about who has the right to talk on behalf of "democratic Russia".
