Russian tank mill prepares mass release

Located in Nizhny Tagile, UralWagonZawód is present the largest maker of dense armored combat vehicles in the Russian Federation. The Ural plan Office of Transport Machines, which de facto conducts plan work on fresh and modernization of existing combat vehicles, besides operates as part of the plant. Today, the flagship products of the UWZ are developed as part of the Proryw-3 Basic Tanks T-90M and the combat tank support wagons BMPT, as well as the dense caterpillar platform codenamed Armata, on the basis of which the base tank T-14, the heavy-duty T-15 infantry car, the method safety vehicle T-16, and another specialised vehicles are designed, although presently vehicles based on the Armata platform have not yet entered mass production and service.
