Russian bomb destroyed Latvian honorary consulate in Donetsk Oblast

The Russian Air Bomb KAB-250 destroyed the Latvian Honorary Consulate in Slaviansk, a city in the east of Ukraine, in the Donetsk Oblast. As a consequence of the attack that struck the diplomatic post on Friday at 10:40 p.m., 2 consulate staff were injured and six civilians in the area were killed.

Latvia's president Edgars Rinkēvičs called the attack "another Russian war crime" and the Ministry of abroad Affairs condemned "the barbarous attacks of Moscow on Ukraine" and confirmed Latvia's unwavering support for Kiev.
