At the turn of 2025 and 2026, as in the past respective months, the top strength is the fighting on the Pokrów section in the Donetsk region in the east of Ukraine. The Russian Army aims to take over the cow-myrnohrad agglomeration, focusing most of its offensive potential, including the most elite units (e.g. the 76th Air Force Division). The withdrawal of Ukrainian forces on this episode will most likely be a substance of time and may happen in January – although this will depend on the calculation of Ukrainian command.
