On February 10, a group of congressmen (both Republicans and Democrats – ed.) filed in the home of Representatives a proposal for the HARM 2.0 (Holding Accountable Russian Mercenaries Act), which aims to recognise individual Russian military companies as terrorist organizations. According to Filip Bryjka of the [Polish Institute of global Affairs](https://pism.pl/publications/congresmeni-usa-wanca-recognition-Russian-firm-military-za-terrorist), the reason for writing a fresh task is, among others, "support granted by mercenaries (about 120 people according to Ukrainian intelligence) to the government Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela".
