There's tension in the Pacific. China and Russia respond to US exercises

On Wednesday, China and Russia announced that in the coming days they would conduct joint naval maneuvers in the Pacific "Joint Sea 2025". Both sides guarantee that the exercises "are not aimed at any 3rd country". However, Beijing has made it clear that this is the answer to the large American exercises presently underway.
