The Orban Empire Grows

The consequence of the Austrian elections is further evidence that a national-right wave is rising in Europe.

After the triumph of the German AfD in Thuringia, Saxony, a very good consequence in Brandenburg, a crushing triumph in the ANO party's local election Andrej Babisha in the Czech Republic – the turn came to Austria. The Austrian Free organization (FPO) by Herbert Kickl, referred to in our media as "pro-Russian", won parliamentary elections with over 29 percent of the vote. The governing Austrian People's organization (the alleged conventional right) lost over 11% of the vote compared to erstwhile elections. Like in Germany, the Greens suffered a defeat.

The script presently being performed in Austria is twin-like to what is happening in Germany – mainstream parties immediately stated that they would not make any government coalition with the FPO. Thus, for the time being, it is unknown which 1 is breaking the basic rule of democracy (which is said to be liberal) that the mission of creating the government is being given to the winning organization and its leader. There is inactive a alleged firewall that is to isolate victorious parties from power. The dam will break, it's only a substance of time.

The case besides has an global dimension. Kickl and his organization are in close alliance with Viktor Orban's camp. The Hungarian leader is simply a model for the FPO, an ideological mentor, even though the past of the FPO is longer and dates back to the time of the legendary already deceased Joerg Haider. But today, Orban is the “Godfather” of the full Central European right hand and even the national left. After the breakdown of the Visegrad Group by Poland, Orban builds its empire – Hungary, Czech Republic (a year after the elections to Prague will enter the white horse Andrej Babisz), Slovakia, Serbia, Austria and yet Germany. These processes are as if outside us, due to the fact that in Poland the 2 largest post-solidarities parties are driven only by common hatred, obsessive rusophobia and pro-war fever. Poland is becoming a museum in this part of Europe.
