Construction of a 155 mm ammunition-elaboration factory, contracts for the supply of signal mines and gunfire imitations – these are examples of the activities of the Blind-PGM Group, which in the first half of 2025 had gross from sales of PLN 12.8 million. “We are entering an intensive period of improvement and investment,” says Grzegorz Niedzielski, CEO.

In the summary of the first half of 2025 the Niewiadów-PGM SA Group reported that sales revenues were importantly higher than the erstwhile year (PLN 12.8 million compared to PLN 0.74 million). The net consequence was PLN -0.9 million, which was due, among others, to seasonal conditions in the manufacture and costs resulting from the Group's development.

Integration has increased our operational and technological potential, enabling the implementation of projects of strategical importance to national safety – the president of Niedzielski reports. As examples, he gave: construction of a 155 mm ammunition-elaborator factory, financed by PLN 250 million in a joint venture with the Fider Group, signing contracts with the Armed Forces Agency for the supply of signal mines Flames and 6 1000 ISA-73 gun-fire imitationrs with PG-15P cargo. The Group besides decided to resume anti-personnel mines production, which responds to "new defence priorities of the state". Let us callback that in June, the Sejm passed a law on the termination of the Ottawa Convention prohibiting the usage of anti-personnel mines.
– Our presence on abroad markets is besides increasing thanks to fresh export contracts. We're in. period of intensive improvement and investment, aiming to strengthen positions in the arms sector and to transfer quotations to the regulated marketplace of the Warsaw Stock Exchange – adds Grzegorz Niedzielski.
The financial results of the Niewiadzki-PGM Group are consistent with the global seasonality trend – the first half of the year is usually weaker in terms of gross and profits than the second half of the year. – This phenomenon is mainly due to the cycle of implementation of government contracts, transportation schedules and circumstantial defence budgets. In many countries, including EU countries, fresh orders are most frequently signed in later months of the year, resulting in a concentration of transportation and invoicing during its final period," explains the president of the Niewiadów-PGM Group.
