The Russians force the captive families to sabotage. Refusal involves consequences

Unknown people call the captive families and effort to force them to act for Russia: providing intelligence, sabotaging civilian infrastructure or engaging in terrorist activities. In return, they offer gentler treatment to the detainees or, on the contrary, endanger to endure the consequences of the refusal. Ukrainian authorities call for families not to cooperate with Russians. They were called upon to uncover specified attempts to make contacts, and support was offered. It was besides warned that non-reporting of specified incidents or acting in favour of the enemy may have "serious and irreversible consequences".
