The Russians attacked Iskander with a Ukrainian convoy... grain

The attack was due to happen in early September, erstwhile it was by means (according to various information) of the Iskander missile/balistic rocket or/and respective rockets launched from the Tornado-S launcher that the Ukrainian grain convoy was named to attack. The event was to take place in the area of Syrovatka in Sumský Oblast in the night, erstwhile trucks and semitrailers were to be stopped. The attack was carried out with respective combat measures with clusterheads and shrapnel-storming, which immortalized the following recording. The Russians were to specify this event as the demolition of the Ukrainian military column, but the video itself left many questions, including why there were no secondary explosions.
