The Russians have entered Tartus. Marine evacuation of equipment initiated

Both units constitute the alleged "Syrian Express", a Russian fleet active in providing logistics for the Russian contingent in Syria. Ships have been awaiting entry into the Syrian port since early January 2025. According to the Western media, the fresh Syrian authorities did not agree to the Russians enter the port and burden the military equipment that stands on the port wharf.
