Russia's aggressive behaviour has effects that the Kremlin won't like. They barely began to complain that Europe was completely unnecessarily announcing a fresh "armour race", and yet another country felt that it was moving out of time for peace. The decision was made to double the number of National Guards and yet besides double the army's size.
