Russians without electricity, water and heat. It wasn't Ukraine who attacked them

While the people of Kiev have been surviving without heating, electricity and water for weeks due to Russian attacks on the capital's power plants and civilian population, Russian citizens are deprived of the same due to the decaying infrastructure that the Russian authorities did not modernize for years.
