Russia organized Starlink's supplies for the army

The findings show that part of the equipment was exported to Russia not by direct sales from the maker but through a network of licensed suppliers and intermediaries operating in 3rd countries. Mistakes and deliberate misconceptions in documentation have played a key role, which allowed to identify 1 of the intermediaries and trace the equipment to Russia.
