Released in mid-September, the X video shows rail transport carrying most likely mill fresh tractor saddles (KamAZ-65225?) which were equipped with an armored K-5350. The distinguishing component is simply a tiny platform mounted behind the cab on which the jammer was placed. Its installation appears to be a mill fresh component, indicating the strategy implementation by the maker (or repair plant) for the equipment of the vehicle.
