Russia uses war experiences outside Ukraine

Russia draws conclusions from the war in Ukraine and uses its experience outside the battlefield – points out Richard Horne, manager of the British National Cybersecurity Center. It points out that the tactics and techniques developed at the front are now being utilized against another countries. And that's not the only origin of danger.
