‘In consequence to the [terrorist attack of the government in Kiev on the residence of the president of the Russian Federation](https://defence24.pl/war-na-ukrainie-report-special-defence24/atak-on-residence-putina-lawrow-accus-ukraine) in the Novgorod region on the night of 28 to 29 December 2025, Russia's Armed Forces carried out a massive attack with precision long-range, land and sea weapons, including the Oresznik mid-range rocket system, as well as unmanned aircraft (BSP), for key purposes in Ukraine. The targets of the attack have been achieved. The targets included BSP production facilities utilized in the terrorist attack, as well as energy infrastructure supporting the Ukrainian military-industrial complex" - the Russian Ministry of Defence reported.
