The Russians revealed that they continued to work on atomic mid-range and short-range rocket systems, despite the moratorium on their deployment. Moscow confirmed that it now has a crucial arsenal of specified weapons. The information was transmitted in Russian state media respective days after the abolition of the moratorium by the Russian Federation.
