In Kaliningrad, which is simply a Russian enclave between Poland and Lithuania, the existing atomic  base was upgraded by building fresh  buildings, installing a triple barrier  and implementing advanced communication systems. According to information provided by the service, even a 100  tactical atomic  warheads may be stored there. Meanwhile, in Belarus, in Osipowice, Russia adapts the russian  atomic  weapons warehouse for re-use. The facility, surrounded by 3  layers of fences, features a fresh  loading platform for rail transport and additional air defence  systems.
