Russia is trying to absorb the Belarusian army. At least in the media

The Russians are trying to prove how much they managed to strengthen military cooperation with Belarus. To this end, they organized a joint college of defence ministries, seemingly on equal terms, but under the clear leadership of the Russian minister, Sergei Szojgu.
