Russia: Permanent recruitment

The notorious repeal of compulsory military service and the consequent deficiency of adequate recruits forced the Russian Ministry of Defence to completely change the approach to how to conduct the collection. The State pride has passed in the 3rd reading [the Act](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-policy/Russia-change-principle-conscription) which allows for military service throughout the calendar year – from 1 January to 31 December. Previously, the Russians were called upon to service at the time of the Spring Collection (April 1 to July 15) and Autumn (October 1 to December 31).
