“Russia rebuilds at terrible speed”

“Russia rebuilds at a velocity that is truly stunning and terrifying,” warned NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte. The NATO chief pointed out the disparity between Russia and NATO.

The increase in arms spending is so essential in Rutte's assessment to prevent war: “We do not live in a land of happiness from the period after the fall of the Berlin Wall, but in much more dangerous times. There are enemies, opponents who may want to attack us," he stressed.
