Russia is harassing Estonia, recognising the Baltic countries as NATO's "soft underbelly"

The Institute of War Studies (ISW) in a study from last week reported that the violation of the border with Estonia by Russian border guards was the first case in which the ISW observed uniformed Russian personnel crossing NATO territory since the beginning of Russia's activities under the alleged phase zero in September 2025.
