In a planet dominated by the net and advanced encryption technologies, conventional radio communication methods seem to be a relic of the past. Meanwhile, as Kim Komando notes, intelligence services, especially Russian, are inactive eager to usage the radio to supply the most classified information. For 15 years the popularity of alleged numerical stations – broadcasting on shortwaves encoded messages in the form of numbers or seemingly random words – has steadily increased. The most celebrated of them is UVB-76, called "The Buzzer", which has intrigued researchers and enthusiasts for decades.
