"Russia can proceed this war forever". The economist violently dispels delusions

– The war on this scale can last almost forever. For the dynamics of the economy of Russia it is of no importance – says economist Dmitri Niekrasow of Think Tank Center for Analysis and Strategies in Europe (CASE). In his opinion, further European sanctions are only PR measures which are no longer capable of harming Russia. On the another hand, the assessment of the effects of Ukrainian refinery bombings finds it highly exaggerated.
