Russia/ Media: communicator Telegram has virtually stopped working

In Russia, the Telegram communicator practically stopped operating on the weekend – the media reported.

It was previously reported that the authorities were going to completely block the service, which belongs to the most popular communicators in Russia. The company believes that the government, imposing restrictions, wants to limit its independence.

Telegram users in Russia are having problem logging in to both mobile and browser versions; they can't send messages, they can't burden images and videos - the independent Russian portal Medusa passed on Monday.

Experts believe that this is the beginning of the Telegram blockade, which was due to start on 1 April," added the portal.
