Russia threatens war, Poland is an ally. France changes its strategy [ANALYZA]

The paper was published on 14 July 2025 – on the day of the national festival of France. This date, powerfully rooted in the Republican tradition, was not chosen by chance. Its symbolic importance reflects the key message of the strategy, namely: national mobilisation against immense challenges (so defined) in global relations.
