Deputy Minister of abroad Affairs of Russia Sergei Riabkow assured on Monday that his country "is not going to attack either the European Union or NATO," Reuters said, citing the Russian RIA agency. Riabkov added that this declaration by Moscow "is ready to confirm in the legal agreement".
