The Russian government will allocate between 2026 and 2034 to 10.46 billion rubles for subsidies to preferential credit for the lithium-ion batteries mill utilized in drones. The decision is enshrined in a regulation of 7 September. Moscow thus strengthens its own base of unmanned production, and thus the possible of further war in Ukraine.

These numbers show that the Kremlin is not backing a short experiment. It builds long-term industrial facilities.
Drone maker behind the project
According to the Russian business register, 85.81 percent of INESIS shares belong to the company Transport of the Future, which is presented as 1 of the largest Russian designers and manufacturers of unmanned systems.
