Andrij Tkaczuk, Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a political scientist, noted that Russia changed its approach to attacks on the Ukrainian energy system. Chaos replaced precision and respective twelve scattered targets – several, very circumstantial ones. Kremlin wants to usage the upcoming winter period to make conditions for electricity scarcity.
– They're making massive attacks on 1 object.. respective twelve drones and missiles can be diverted to 1 goal to completely destruct it – Tkaczuk explained on the air of Ukrainian Channel 24.

Despite the transition to a "precision" system, British intelligence notes that Russians regularly increase resources utilized in attacks on Ukraine. In September, 5500 drones were sent behind the front line, 1,400 more than in August. In October, the Russians hit 3,000 machines so far.
On Tuesday, the Russians attacked civilian energy infrastructure in the Chernihow region. The mark were heating and power facilities in 2 municipalities. Tens of thousands in Chernichów and surviving in the northern part of the circuit was deprived of power.
