Russia without reflection. Between propaganda and reality

On the 4th anniversary of the outbreak of a full-scale war in Ukraine, Russian media have assessed the transformation of the armed forces since 24 February 2022. It was considered that the alleged "special military operation became a catalyst for major changes in the Russian Armed Forces". The problem is that the Russians have large problems proving that specified "serious changes" have actually taken place.
