The cash awards that the Kremlin presents to soldiers are intended to increase their effectiveness in eliminating Ukrainian vehicles, especially those with advanced priority. The bonus strategy in the war is not fresh (it has been akin since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, but concerning the transportation of vehicles and equipment), although it raises many problems of realization nature. The reason for this is the deficiency of operating soldiers in vacuum, many destruct hostile targets through the support of others. How can an artilleryman destruct a designated object without logistics, which will supply him with ammunition, or a ‘driver’ from which he has the image? This may consequence in conflicts and tensions between soldiers and the inflated harm statistic known from planet War II to receive the prize.
