Roswardia will have volunteer formations. The conscripts will be incorporated into the FSB

The Russian State Duma passed a package of laws according to which volunteer units could be created by Rosgwardia by decision of the President. They will be called upon to execute certain defensive tasks during mobilization, martial law or in conditions of armed conflict.
