Romanian K2 tests soon?

Trials will be observed by the advanced representatives of the Armed Forces of Romania (r.o. Forțele Armate Române), the government, local defence companies, as well as Hyundai Rotem, tank manufacturer. The demonstration is aimed at showing the capabilities of equipment, the acquisition of which is being considered by the Ministry of Defence [at least since last summer](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/Romania- jak-polska-kupi-abramsy-and-czolgi-i-haubice-z-korei). The transaction could cover up to 250 vehicles. South Korean tanks, along with 54 M1A2SEPv3 copies, would powerfully strengthen Romanian armored and mechanized troops. Both types would replace outdated wagons from the Romanian T-55 family, including TR-580 and TR-85 tanks.
