The Romanian government received approval from the US authorities to upgrade F-16 fighters purchased in Norway. In total, the Romanian armed forces purchased 32 specified machines there. According to the media, the U.S. Department of State has already approved the anticipation of retrofitting combat aircraft that Romania brought from Norway in June.
