Romania: Gowind program to trash. deficiency of money?

The Romanian defence ministry announced the cancellation of the program to get 4 Gowind 2500 multirole corvettes, which were to be built in Romanian shipyards. In the case of the Navy, the Romanians inactive had a program to get 2 Scorpène submarines, which would bring “savings” of around 2 billion euros.
