What happened in the Sejm on 2 April, there is no precedent in the past of Polish parliamentaryism. 50 MPs stifling my speech with the worst insult that a man can face – that is, calling individual a murderer – showed the full of Poland that they are ready to do anything for this man.
From my perspective, these screams looked like 50 possessed screams. erstwhile I said, I didn't even hear my voice – it got so loud around me. After all, each and all 1 of these 50 Members knows that I have not killed anyone, and that I am bound to the death of Barbara Skrzypek just due to the fact that six years ago I undertook to prosecute a case on behalf of Gerald Birgfellner, is an idiotism repeatedly exceeding even impudent accusations of "Smolensk crime".
It was done by people who were ostentatically called Catholics, and any of them saw them leave the Sejm chapel after the Lenten retreat. Meanwhile, it is simply a grave sin to mock another man. In addition, throwing specified accusations in the face during a speech in the Sejm is possibly the most serious kind of offence of insulting a public officer performing his duties (Article 226 kk).
That is why the civilian Coalition Parliamentary Club has submitted a announcement to PiS MPs to the prosecution. As a victim, I'm going to be an active organization to this investigation, and I'm going to request a very fast investigation. The case is clear. The evidence is the recordings. The recipe is obvious. The MP is simply a public officer. I did my duty, and their yelling was related to my speech. Actually, everyone should be convicted at the first trial. My goal is to end this case this year.
I will request for each of them six months of imprisonment suspended for 1 year and, in connection with the suspension of the penalty, the imposition of an work to pay PLN 200 000 to the WOŚP. Let their money power the good. For Mr. Kaczyński and Mrs. Arent, I will request a year of imprisonment in suspension for 2 years and after PLN 300 000 per WOŚP. The ruling of specified penalties would, of course, mean that all of them would lose their parliamentary credentials (the crime is being prosecuted by public prosecution) and that until the end of the conviction could not run.
However, I foretell Easter amnesty. If any of these Members publically apologize to me in the video or live on TVP for this year Easter, and I'm sending an apology to the law firm, and I'm going to apply for a conditional release of his case without any penalties.
Yeah. amnesty does not apply to Mrs Arent, Mr Kaczyński and all members of the government of Mateusz Morawieckibecause they should be more aware of their actions and more liable for them.
I appeal to those Members who can benefit from this amnesty: ApologizeDon't cry after that, for you will come to pay for your deeds. And apologize due to the fact that you did something wrong. I have a family, too. Imagine what your loved ones would feel if this were the case.
Kaczyński deceived you due to the fact that he was afraid of a criminal case that took an adverse turn for him. And he has drawn you into his fear and hatred. Don't be afraid of him. He will no longer set up any electoral letters, for he will inevitably meet him, until the next election, severe justice.
