Year in MON. Gen. Koziej: strategical continuity has been preserved

This continuation is highly appreciated by the erstwhile Head of BBN and Deputy Minister of Defence, presently academic lecturer, Brig-Gen Stanislaw Koziej. At the same time, it points out that purchases should be analysed in terms of order size and, if necessary, revised plans. The advantages include the cessation of military usage for organization politics and the good relations of the MON with the presidential BBN, and the deficiency of updated strategical papers.
