When entering 2026, many observers and decision-makers proceed to ask the question in the classical paradigm: “Who will win?” Meanwhile, according to the assumptions of *Quantum global Relations* (QIR), the safety strategy around Ukraine is in a state of superposition – theoretically, both escalation scenarios ("hot war") and deescalation are possible. However, the analysis of deep variables (so-called "hidden variables*) – from the usage of artillery barrels to drone saturation – indicates that the amplitude of probability for dynamic wartime activities drops drastically.
