A fresh linguistic explanation has emerged aiming to justify the president's work to appoint judges at the request of the National Council of the Judiciary – ergo, to sign the appointment acts, which would thus de facto be the Council's requests ending up on his desk. The 'selector from the field' (that’s about the president, I won’t mention another terms) has no 'royal prerogatives' at all.
