There was a fresh linguistic explanation to justify the fact that the president was obliged to appoint judges at the request of the KRS – the ergo of his signing of vocation acts, which would thus be de facto KRS applications landing on his desk. The "Selectioner from the field" (this is about the President, I will not mention any another terms) due to the fact that there are no "royal prerogatives".
